Grateful Dead Founding Member Phil Lesh Passes Away at 84
Sad news for the music world tonight. Phil Lesh, who was the bassist and a founding member of The Grateful Dead, has died. He was 84 years old.
No cause of death was announced as of press time, but he did have several health issues over the years, including bladder cancer, prostate cancer and a liver transplant.
