UPDATE! According to TMZ, the actress and her fashion designer husband now face money laundering charges. This change can cause them to face at least 20 years in prison. If they accept a plea deal, the minimum charge is 4-5 years in jail. However, since there is also a conspiracy charge involved, the sentence can increase.

Lori Loughlin may be trading Full House for the Big House. The actress and her fashion designer husband Mossimo Giannulli, face a minimum of two years in prison for their part in the college scam,TVGrapevine has learned.  Acccording to.  Us Weekly,  this sentencing is part of a plea deal offered by prosecutors. The entertainment magazine also reported that the two have not agreed to a guilty plea.

As previously reported, the couple, who are parents to Bella  Rose and Olivia Jade, allegedly “agreed to pay bribes totaling $500,000 in exchange for having their two daughters designated as recruits to the USC crew team — despite the fact that they did not participate in crew — thereby facilitating their admission to USC.” The two were arrested last month, along with several other parents, including actress Felicity Huffman.
