Turning The Heat Up

The day of reckoning is heading towards Jon Gosselin like a run away speeding train.  TLC has sharpened their claws and turned their lawyers loose on Jon Gosselin and those lawyers are turning up the heat.

Michael Lohan is going to be testify against Jon Gosselin. Michael Lohan has been subpoenaed in TLC's lawsuit against his one-time friend, Jon Gosselin, It has been reported Lohan, who may be the target of legal action himself in the coming weeks, because he may have done deals with Jon Gosselin

Gosselin is being sued for breach of contract by TLC. The status of his show with the network, "Jon and Kate Plus 8" announced in September was set to be renamed "Kate Plus 8"), remains up in the air.

The law firm representing TLC is known for it's reputation for fierce and effective tactics has been extremely busy since filing suit in a Maryland court on October 16 for breach of contract against Jon. The firm has filed motion after motion in the Montgomery County Circuit Court.  The people to be deposed is getting lengthy and includes, Hailey Glassman, Jon's bodyguard Thomas Meinelt, Michael Heller, Mark Heller, Michael Lohan and Matthew Kirschner.

All of Jon Gosselin's concern about the safety of his children seems to have been blown out the window by a recent picture of Jon taking his kids for a ride on a dangerous ATV with no safety helmuts or restraints.  Add to that that Jon is a smoker and you really have to wonder just how concerned Jon really is for the safety of his children.

It seems complaints about Jon Gosselin are coming from all directions as advertisers are complaining about Jon's boozing and club hopping. The charge comes in an affidavit in a court file, for the ongoing lawsuit between Jon and TLC. TLC's lawsuit against Jon accuses him of violating exclusivity terms of his contract by appearing on other shows and making unauthorized disclosures about "Plus 8."

It seems that the drama is never going to end for Jon & Kate Plus 8.
