What a wonderful night – Tracey went home… karma finally caught up with her! Can’t say I'll miss her alligator tears, or her ability to make everyone miserable. Mind you, Tracey says it was all in the editing, that she really wasn't as bad as she came across and has "amazing relationships with all of the contestants". Maybe that's true. After all Liz did give her a hug when we were expecting her to stand up and give her a swift kick and a tongue lashing! Could it be Liz was humbled by the fact that they both only lost 3 pounds and decided on a friendly farewell instead of the speaking her mind.
Was I the only one that thought she looked much better in the footage of her running that first mile over again, than she looked on the Jay Leno show? Maybe it was the dress - where's Tim Gunn with advice when you need him - or maybe it was taped before the run on the beach. Who knows? She told Jay she is thinking of becoming a Nutritionist and judging from the advice she gave Jay on his favorite dishes, she may be a good one. She was obviously listening to Bob and Jillian when it comes to nutrition. She also refuses to tell any of the interviewers (including Jay) how much weight she has lost so far - she's saving that for the finale - which will be in just five short weeks. Their trip to DC may not have been as exotic a place as our past contestants have gone, but it made for a very interesting show. Glad to see there was lots of competing and noticeably very little heckling – guess it’s because it’s every man for himself now! Had to laugh at the irony of Liz being up against Tracey for elimination - guess that family video Liz gave to Danny several weeks ago paid off handsomely! There is a tennis ball Pop Challenge that rewards the winner with an advantage at weigh-in. Then, we’ll have our contestants literally jumping through hoops when they head to the circus for a lively challenge with the coveted prize of immunity for whoever wins. Later, contestants are led by trainer Bob Harper through a wild, trapeze-swinging last chance workout, only to return to the ranch and find trainer Jillian Michaels ready to put them through a second, grueling last chance workout. Then a dramatic weigh-in leads to heartbreaking eliminations as the contestants say goodbye to two more players.
