The Biggest Loser Is Crowned

Hello and welcome to NBC' The Biggest Loser: Families....THE LIVE FINALE! Tonight two winners will be crowned, the At Home Biggest Loser and of course, the overall Biggest Loser, who will win the coveted $250,000. So without further ado, let's get started!

FLASHBACKS AND OUR THIRD FINALIST

The show opens with flashbacks of past contestants, including Bernie, Matt and Suzy. Then the adorable and pregnant Alison comes out to greet everyone in the audience. Wow, Jackie from last season still looks fantastic and so does Dan! By the way, congratulations to Dan on his new album! I can't wait to hear it!

After we are given a montage of everyone's journeys,  (to my personal anthem, Time Of My Life by David Cook) we finally get down to business.  Heba and Ed come out, and wow, Heba looks so beautiful.  Ed.....wow, he looks amazing!!!! Way to go, you two!  In the end, we discover that Ed won by a landslide and is the third finalist. Congratulations to both of you though.  Ed quips that the economy is the reason for the results. Okay then.

THE FIRST TWO COUPLES AND THEIR NEW WEIGHTS

Adam from the green team comes out with his partner and wife Stacey.  They look fantastic! Stacey says she worked hard and sacrificed a lot to get to where she is now. I love her dress.

LT and Tom prove they are still working hard, and look great as well. Tom says his wife lost 35 pounds thus far.

After a commercial break, we are re-introduced to Bob and Jillian , who go right to Brittany and Bernie and give them hugs.   They go to the gray and green teams, and give them hugs and kisses before their weigh in.

First Weigh-In:

Adam: 340 pounds to 260 pounds, for a total of 80 pounds lost. (23.53%)

Stacey:  221 pounds to 156 pounds with 65 pounds lost. (29.41%)

LT: 357 pounds to 270 pounds with 87 pounds lost. (24.37%)

Tom: 314 pounds to 236 pounds with a 78 pound weight lost. (24.84%)

TWO MORE TEAMS, GOOD NEWS FOR JERRY AND ANOTHER WIEGH-IN

Jerry comes out next and looks PHENOMENAL! He is so sweet looking, he reminds me of a teddy bear.  I want to hug him. Coleen looks so pretty.  She kind of looks like Reese Witherspoon now.

Shellay comes out looking gorgeous as does her daughter Amy.

Alison tells Jerry that the doctor now has some news for him.  He is now in the body  of a 52 year old and off five of his medications.

Weigh-In Two:

Jerry: 380 pounds to 265 pounds. 115 pounds lost and 30.26%, with a new leader for the at home prize!  The Jerry Chant! YAY Jerry!

Coleen: 218 pounds to 154 pounds with a 64 pound loss.  (29.36%) I love their daddy/daughter moment.

Shellay: 216 pounds to 172 pounds. 74 pounds lost (34.26%) and a new leader!

Amy C: 239 pounds to 135 pounds. 104 pounds lost.(43.51%) A new leader for the at home prize! WOW! She and Shellay go to hug their trainers.

WELCOME BACK TO THE NEXT COUPLES, AND WEIGH IN NUMBER THREE

Phil comes out looking incredibly hot, looking kind of like a older Joey Lawrence and Amy P. looks like Kassie DePavia. (Blair on One Life To Live) What a beautiful couple.

Brady looks incredibly handsome and Renee is rocking a new figure and haircut. Gorgeous, both of them!

After another commercial break, we get to more weigh ins.

Weigh-In Three:

Phil: 331 pounds to 180 pounds with 161 pounds lost. (45.62%) A new leader has emerged! (Anyone else think in light of all the drama this season that it would be a kick in the pants if Phil won?)

Amy P.: 229 pounds to 124 pounds with 105 lost. (45.85%) A new leader!

Brady: 341 pounds to 224 pounds. 117 pounds lost. (34.31%)

AT HOME WITH ED AND HEBA

During the visit home portion, Ed and Heba find out their favorite restaurant dedicated a special healthy section for them--specifically for Ed's new recipes.

ADVICE FROM BOB AND JILLIAN

Alison brings Bob and Jillian out to give advice on weight loss. Bob says to take things one step at a time and make small changes to start off with. Jillian says they need to work on themselves mentally before they can fix their outer selves.

THE FINAL THREE

Vicky gets  a montage of her time at home, including her reunion with her kids and her new routine. She admits its a struggle because she is losing time with her kids.

Michelle is given a beautiful montage of her own, where she mentions what a huge step this is for her. She has a cute moment with her niece sharing a Subway sandwich and showing her all the cool veggies.

Finally, Ed comes out to greet everyone once again. Vicky comes out looking beautiful. Ohh, she fell!  Bob helps her up and walks her over to the stage.  She discusses being supermom and the guilt she felt when she wasn't with her kids and not working out and how she finally worked it out.

Michelle comes out and also looks incredible. I love that color on her. She talks about finally learning to do things for her.

After more commercials and a reminder to tune into Momma's Boys after the finale,  we get a preview of next season. It looks like the best one yet, although that old man scared the heck out of me.  I hope he is ok!

FINALLY......THE BIGGEST LOSER IS.....

Finally, the moment we have all be waiting for.....Ed is given a montage before he weighs in.

Weigh-in Four:

Ed: 335 pounds to 196 pounds. A  139 pound loss. (41.49%)

Vicky: 246 pounds to 145 pounds. A 101 pounds lost. (41.06%)

Michelle:  242 pounds to 132 pounds. She now is down 110 pounds (45.5%) and HAS WON!!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!!

The show closes with Michelle getting hugs and kisses from everyone and Alison wishing everyone a very healthy and happy holiday season.
